RETURNS & REFUNDS

We hope you are pleased with your purchase.

Returns

* Returns for factory defects.
The User may return any product with a factory defect to INBIKE free of charge.

The customers shall Inform INBIKE of product defects within 7 days after receipt. You also need to list the product name and order number, and provide us with photos of product defects and descriptions of defects encountered. After the end of this period, INBIKE will not be liable for any alleged damage or injuries.

* Return for personal reasons
You are responsible for the return shipping cost. The refund amount is the cost of the product and the shipping fee you paid when placed the order isn’t included.

We’re bummed if you’re not 100% satisfied with the items you received, and we gladly accept returns within 30 days of receipt for most items in new condition .

1. Please contact Customer Service on our site, indicating the item(s) you would like to return and the reason.
2. After receiving return instructions from us, please package up the item(s) to be returned with the original packing.
3. Drop off your package at the local post office.
4. Most returns are processed within 5 business days after we receive your package. We will refund you according to the original payment method.

Exchanges

We feel sorry that we are currently unable to process exchange service. Please send back your unwanted items for a refund, and place a new order for the correct product. But you are responsible for the shipping fee.

Return Conditions

1. You have 30 days to decide if an item is right for you, if you would like to return or exchange the item please contact us within 30 days of delivery.

2. Returned items must be in their unused condition with the original packing. We do not accept a returned item that has been worn, damaged, washed, or altered in any way.

3. Items with non-returnable marks and free gifts cannot be returned.

4. We do not accept returned items that have been sent back without proper returns requests.

5. We do not offer Freight To Collect (FTC) service for the packages returned to us. The returns will be made at your own cost.

6. Please be sure to double-check your returns before shipping them out. We are not responsible for the return of non-INBIKE products .

Note: The original shipping fee and Shipping Guarantee are non-refundable.

Refunds

When all the above conditions have been fulfilled, we will reimburse you the total purchase price of goods returned. (Please notice that we cannot return you the shipping cost of your order).
The refund will be processed after the returned item has passed our quality control check.
Please note that refunds can only be credited to the same credit card (or PayPal account) used for the original purchase.
The refund process can take 10-14 days from receipt of your goods, depending upon the credit card used for payment.

VERY IMPORTANT

Returned items must be in a new and unused/unworn condition in the original packaging. We reserve the right to refuse a return and a refund if the goods are deemed to have been used or damaged or if the original packaging has been damaged.
If used or damaged items are returned, any extra shipping cost will be charged to you. We reserve the right to keep the used or damaged items and their value.
