HOW CAN WE HELP?
Our products use highly technical fabrics. To make sure that they continue to perform at their best, they need care. Here are a few tips to help you look after your INBIKE products so they’ll be there to help you suffer in comfort for longer.
SPECIAL TIPS FOR
STORAGE & WASHING
To improve the life of your INBIKE equipment follow the below guide.
STORAGE
– After each ride, hang the garments in a well-ventilated environment or wash them immediately.
– Do not hang the garments in the direct sunlight.
– Never store damp clothes in a non-ventilated environment (e.g. plastic bags, sport bag, suitcase, etc.).
– If your body has a tendency to sweat a lot, water-rinse the garments after each use to protect the fibers from bacterial attacks which might lead to fabric deterioration.
WASHING
– Washing a garment means putting stress on fabric and seams!
Therefore, wash cycling garments separately from other clothes / accessories to prevent friction.
– Before washing, turn the garments inside out (seams on the outside).
– Machine-wash is possible but always use a wash bag, a delicate cycle and lukewarm water (max. 30° C).
– Do not use bleach and/or softeners. Use a mild liquid detergent only
– Do not soak, wring or rub. Do not spin after washing. To remove excess water from your garment gently squeeze by hand.
– Dry garments flat or hanging, but do not tumble dry.

Payment by credit card
You can pay your purchases in our online shop with a VISA or Mastercard credit card. Payment with credit cards from other providers is not possible. As soon as your order has been shipped, the corresponding amount will be charged to your credit card.
Security for credit card payments
Security within the payment process by credit card is important to us. Your transmitted data is encrypted using SSL technology. In addition, a 3D Secure authentication is applied at the end of the purchase, which improves the protection of the transaction against fraud.
Card payment with 3D Secure
The European guidelines regarding online credit card payments have changed to provide more security for online credit card payments. As from 2021, 3D Secure authentication will be mandatory. This authentication can be requested, for instance, by a TAN, a fingerprint or a password. This is to ensure that the actual cardholder makes the purchase and that the card is not misused. Depending on the credit card provider, this two-factor encryption is called differently. VISA calls 3D Secure “Verified by VISA” and Mastercard uses the term “Mastercard Identity Check”.
Not yet registered? Due to the new regulations, we suggest that you verify your identity with 3D Secure. The process may vary between different providers and credit cards. In most cases you can activate 3D Secure online. Please contact your bank for more information. Note that this authentication has been mandatory since 2021, which is why we recommend registering before your next online purchase.
Already registered? If you are already registered for 3D Secure, you do not need to register again.
Payment by PayPal
You can pay your purchases in our online shop by using PayPal. To do so, select the PayPal payment method at the end of your purchase.
What is PayPal?
PayPal is a secure, fast and convenient online payment system that we use for our shop. Pay easily and securely with just your email address and password.
New to PayPal? If you are not a PayPal customer, you have two options to pay with PayPal. Either you make the purchase as a guest or you create an account at PayPal. Please inform yourself at PayPal.
Already a PayPal customer? If you are already a PayPal customer, you can log in with your data and complete the purchase.
Cookie Policy of inbike.cc
This document informs Users about the technologies that help inbike.cc to achieve the purposes described below. Such technologies allow the Owner to access and store information (for example by using a Cookie) or use resources (for example by running a script) on a User’s device as they interact with inbike.cc.
For simplicity, all such technologies are defined as “Trackers” within this document – unless there is a reason to differentiate.
For example, while Cookies can be used on both web and mobile browsers, it would be inaccurate to talk about Cookies in the context of mobile apps as they are a browser-based Tracker. For this reason, within this document, the term Cookies is only used where it is specifically meant to indicate that particular type of Tracker.
Some of the purposes for which Trackers are used may also require the User’s consent. Whenever consent is given, it can be freely withdrawn at any time following the instructions provided in this document.
inbike.cc uses Trackers managed directly by the Owner (so-called “first-party” Trackers) and Trackers that enable services provided by a third-party (so-called “third-party” Trackers). Unless otherwise specified within this document, third-party providers may access the Trackers managed by them.
The validity and expiration periods of Cookies and other similar Trackers may vary depending on the lifetime set by the Owner or the relevant provider. Some of them expire upon termination of the User’s browsing session.
In addition to what’s specified in the descriptions within each of the categories below, Users may find more precise and updated information regarding lifetime specification as well as any other relevant information – such as the presence of other Trackers – in the linked privacy policies of the respective third-party providers or by contacting the Owner.
Activities strictly necessary for the operation of inbike.cc and delivery of the Service
inbike.cc uses so-called “technical” Cookies and other similar Trackers to carry out activities that are strictly necessary for the operation or delivery of the Service.

How to manage preferences and provide or withdraw consent
There are various ways to manage Tracker related preferences and to provide and withdraw consent, where relevant:
Users can manage preferences related to Trackers from directly within their own device settings, for example, by preventing the use or storage of Trackers.
Additionally, whenever the use of Trackers is based on consent, Users can provide or withdraw such consent by setting their preferences within the cookie notice or by updating such preferences accordingly via the relevant consent-preferences widget, if available.
It is also possible, via relevant browser or device features, to delete previously stored Trackers, including those used to remember the User’s initial consent.
Other Trackers in the browser’s local memory may be cleared by deleting the browsing history.
With regard to any third-party Trackers, Users can manage their preferences and withdraw their consent via the related opt-out link (where provided), by using the means indicated in the third party’s privacy policy, or by contacting the third party.
Locating Tracker Settings
Users can, for example, find information about how to manage Cookies in the most commonly used browsers at the following addresses:
Google Chrome
Mozilla Firefox
Apple Safari
Microsoft Internet Explorer
Microsoft Edge
Brave
Opera
Users may also manage certain categories of Trackers used on mobile apps by opting out through relevant device settings, such as the device advertising settings for mobile devices, or tracking settings in general (Users may open the device settings, view and look for the relevant setting).
Since the use of third-party Trackers through inbike.cc cannot be fully controlled by the Owner, any specific references to third-party Trackers are to be considered indicative. In order to obtain complete information, Users are kindly requested to consult the privacy policies of the respective third-party services listed in this document.
Given the objective complexity surrounding tracking technologies, Users are encouraged to contact the Owner should they wish to receive any further information on the use of such technologies by inbike.cc.

Note that the CCPA defines “sell” very broadly, and some of our data sharing with third party analytics and ad tech companies described in this Policy and in our Cookie Policymay be considered a “sale” under that definition. We do not knowingly sell the personal information of minors under 16 years of age without affirmative authorization.
You may make such a “request to know” by completing the form provided here or by contacting us:[email protected] during normal business hours. Note that we have provided much of this information in this Policy.
Right to Delete. You also have a right to request that we delete personal information under certain circumstances, subject to a number of exceptions. To make a request to delete, complete the form provided here or contact us at [email protected] during normal business hours.
Right to Opt-Out. You have a right to opt-out from future “sales” of personal information. To do so, please see the California Do Not Sell My Info page.
You may designate, in writing or through a power of attorney, an authorized agent to make requests on your behalf to exercise your rights under the CCPA. Before accepting such a request from an agent, we will require the agent to provide proof you have authorized it to act on your behalf, and we may need you to verify your identity directly with us. You have a right to not be discriminated against for exercising rights set out in the CCPA.
In addition, under California Civil Code Section 1798.83, also known as the “Shine the Light” law, if you are a California customer, you may request information about whether a business has disclosed personal information to any third parties for the third parties’ direct marketing purposes. In general, if the business has made such a disclosure of personal information, upon receipt of such a request, the business is required to provide a list of all third parties to whom personal information was disclosed in the preceding calendar year, as well as a list of the categories of personal information that were disclosed. California customers may request further information about our compliance with this law by e-mailing [email protected] with “Your California Privacy Rights” in the subject field. We are not responsible for notices that are not labeled or sent properly, or do not have complete information. Non-affiliated third parties are independent from INBIKE and if you wish to receive information about your disclosure choices or stop communications from such third parties, you will need to contact those non-affiliated third parties directly.
